As a community builder Pathway Remodeling is evolving towards being a definitive source for educating consumers interested in implementing environmental alternatives within “retrofit” and new home projects. Sources of “sustainable” materials and fixtures are being identified for the consumer as “environmental alternatives,” particularly for energy savings. Grassroots provides ongoing education, training and technical support to their inspectors.

Next Steps
Pathway Remodeling has purchased a septic tile bed company that will remove phosphorus and phosphates prior to entering a field bed. This will be an environmentally advantageous attribute complementing traditional field beds.
